The actual delivery of a service may be performed by independent vendors, suppliers or service providers. Availability, pricing, cancellation terms, refund conditions and other service-specific conditions may vary depending on the selected service or vendor.

Prices and availability of services may change without prior notice. A booking is considered confirmed only after the applicable payment has been successfully processed and confirmation has been issued, where applicable.
We offer multiple types of services through different vendors. Therefore, each service may have different booking conditions, cancellation policies and refund rules.
Customers are strongly advised to review and reconfirm the applicable cancellation and refund policy before making any payment.
Unless specifically stated otherwise in writing, payments may be treated as non-refundable according to the applicable service or vendor terms.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate, complete and up-to-date information while making a booking or requesting a service.
Customers must carefully verify names, dates, travel details, contact information, identification details and other booking information before confirming a transaction.
RideNow Holidays shall not be responsible for losses, additional charges or service issues arising from incorrect, incomplete or misleading information provided by the customer.
Cancellation and refund conditions depend on the specific service, vendor and booking terms applicable to the transaction.
Many services may be non-cancellable or non-refundable. Customers should review the applicable cancellation and refund policy before making a payment.
Any approved refund will be processed according to the applicable policy and payment processing timelines.

RideNow may provide customers with a wallet facility for applicable transactions. The wallet may contain an Actual Wallet Balance and, where applicable, a separate Promotional Balance.
These two balances are separate and are subject to different usage conditions. Promotional Balance does not constitute Actual Wallet Balance and cannot be treated as a general-purpose wallet balance.
Actual Wallet Balance represents the customer's applicable wallet funds and may be used for eligible RideNow services in accordance with the applicable wallet, payment, booking and service-specific terms.
Depending on the applicable service and available wallet functionality, Actual Wallet Balance may be used toward services including, but not limited to:
Promotional Balance is a promotional benefit issued by RideNow under an applicable promotional offer, campaign, wallet recharge programme or other promotional arrangement.
Promotional Balance may be used only as a discount toward eligible Domestic or International Holiday Packages, subject to the conditions described in this section and the Promotional Balance Policy .
Promotional Balance may be applied toward an eligible Domestic or International Holiday Package up to a maximum of 25% of the applicable Holiday Package value.
The 25% limit applies on a per-eligible-package transaction basis. A customer's available Promotional Balance does not increase the maximum amount that may be used against an individual eligible Holiday Package.

Holiday Package Value: ₹1,00,000
Maximum Promotional Usage: ₹25,000
Remaining Package Amount: ₹75,000
Promotional Balance is not a general-purpose payment balance and cannot be used toward standalone or non-eligible services.
Unless expressly permitted by RideNow under a specific promotional programme, Promotional Balance cannot be used for:
Promotional Balance cannot be withdrawn, encashed or converted into cash or Actual Wallet Balance.
Promotional Balance cannot be transferred to a bank account, UPI account, card, another external payment instrument or another customer's RideNow account.
Promotional Balance does not accrue interest and does not represent a deposit or independently withdrawable customer fund.
Promotional Balance may be subject to an expiry date, validity period, eligibility requirement or other campaign-specific conditions.
The specific terms displayed with the relevant promotional offer shall apply to the Promotional Balance issued under that offer.
Expired Promotional Balance may be removed or marked as expired and will not automatically become Actual Wallet Balance or cash.
Where Promotional Balance is used toward an eligible Holiday Package, cancellation, refund and rescheduling shall remain subject to the applicable Holiday Package, supplier and RideNow terms.
Promotional Balance used as a discount does not automatically become Actual Wallet Balance or cash as a result of a cancellation or refund.
Where RideNow permits restoration of eligible Promotional Balance following cancellation, such restoration may remain subject to the original validity, expiry and promotional conditions.
Promotional Balance must be used only for legitimate purposes and in accordance with the applicable promotional conditions.
Prohibited or abusive conduct may include, without limitation:
RideNow and Noivo Tech Private Limited reserve the right, subject to applicable law and the relevant promotional terms, to restrict, deny, suspend, reduce, reverse, cancel or withdraw Promotional Balance where it is reasonably determined that a user has misused, manipulated, exploited, fraudulently obtained or otherwise abused Promotional Balance or a related promotional programme.
