RideNow is a multivendor resource management aggregator platform/system. We provide access to different types of travel and holiday-related services through multiple vendors and service providers.
Since different services are provided by different vendors, suppliers, hotels, transport operators, activity providers, and other service partners, the applicable cancellation policy may vary from one booking or service to another.
By default, bookings and deals are considered non-cancellable for the customer.
Cancellation eligibility, if available, will depend on the specific service, vendor, booking conditions, and cancellation terms communicated at the time of booking.
Each vendor or service provider may have its own cancellation terms and conditions. These may include cancellation deadlines, cancellation charges, partial cancellation rules, or complete non-cancellation conditions.
In case a vendor's cancellation policy applies to a particular booking, the customer's cancellation request will be processed according to the applicable vendor terms.
Customers are strongly advised to reconfirm the applicable cancellation policy before making any payment or finalising any booking or deal.
Any cancellation request must be submitted through the applicable RideNow support or booking channel. Submission of a cancellation request does not automatically guarantee cancellation or refund.
The final decision will depend on the terms applicable to the specific booking and the policies of the concerned service provider.
RideNow reserves the right to update or modify this cancellation policy from time to time. The applicable cancellation terms for a particular booking may also depend on the terms communicated or agreed upon at the time of booking.
