This Promotional Balance Policy forms part of the applicable RideNow Terms of Service, Wallet Terms and promotional programme conditions.

By accepting, receiving or using Promotional Balance, the account holder acknowledges and agrees to the applicable conditions contained in this policy and the relevant promotional offer.

1. Actual Wallet Balance and Promotional Balance

RideNow maintains a distinction between the customer's actual wallet balance and Promotional Balance. These balances are not interchangeable and do not carry the same rights or permitted uses.

2. Nature of Promotional Balance

Promotional Balance is a promotional credit or benefit granted by RideNow under an applicable promotional offer, campaign, wallet recharge programme or other promotional arrangement.

Promotional Balance is maintained separately from Actual Wallet Balance and may be subject to eligibility, validity, usage, expiry and other promotional conditions.

3. Promotional Credit

The amount of Promotional Balance credited to a customer shall be determined by the applicable promotional offer or campaign.

A particular offer may specify its own:

• Promotional credit percentage or amount.
• Minimum recharge or transaction requirement.
• Maximum promotional benefit.
• Eligibility requirements.
• Validity or expiry period.
• Eligible Holiday Package categories.
• Other campaign-specific conditions.

Where an offer contains terms different from the general conditions in this policy, the specific terms displayed with that offer shall apply to that promotional benefit, subject to applicable law.

4. Permitted Usage of Promotional Balance

Promotional Balance may be used only as a discount against an eligible RideNow Domestic or International Holiday Package, subject to the 30-day advance requirement and the maximum usage limit described in this policy.

Promotional Balance cannot be used for

• Flight tickets or standalone flight bookings.
• Bus tickets or standalone bus bookings.
• Cab, taxi or other standalone transportation bookings.
• Hotel-only or standalone hotel bookings.
• Visa services or visa processing charges.
• Travel insurance or similar standalone services.
• Wallet recharge or addition to Actual Wallet Balance.
• Cash withdrawal or cash equivalent.
• Transfer to another customer or RideNow account.
• Any other service for which Promotional Balance is not expressly permitted by RideNow.

4A. Minimum 30-Day Advance Requirement

Promotional Balance may be used only for an eligible Domestic or International Holiday Package where the scheduled travel start date is at least 30 calendar days from the date on which the Promotional Balance is applied toward the booking.

Eligibility Examples

• Travel starts after 45 days: Promotional Balance may be eligible.
• Travel starts after 30 days: Promotional Balance may be eligible.
• Travel starts after 29 days: Promotional Balance cannot be used.
• Travel starts after 10 days: Promotional Balance cannot be used.
• Same-day or past travel: Promotional Balance cannot be used.

5. Maximum Promotional Balance Usage — 25%

Promotional Balance may be used as a discount for an eligible Domestic or International Holiday Package only when the travel start date is at least 30 days in advance. Subject to this eligibility requirement, Promotional Balance may be applied up to a maximum of 25% of the applicable Holiday Package value.

In the above example, even though the customer has ₹40,000 Promotional Balance, only ₹25,000 may be applied to the ₹1,00,000 eligible Holiday Package, provided the package travel start date is at least 30 days away.

If the travel start date is less than 30 days away, Promotional Balance usage shall not be permitted regardless of the customer's available Promotional Balance.

The unused Promotional Balance remains subject to its original validity, expiry and other applicable conditions.

6. Actual Wallet Balance for Other Services

Where a customer uses RideNow services such as flights, buses, cabs, hotel bookings, visa services or other eligible travel services, the applicable payment shall be made using the customer's Actual Wallet Balance or another payment method permitted for that service.

For example, if a customer has:

• Actual Wallet Balance: ₹10,000
• Promotional Balance: ₹5,000

and purchases a ₹7,000 flight ticket, the applicable ₹7,000 payment will be taken from the Actual Wallet Balance, subject to the applicable service and wallet rules.

The ₹5,000 Promotional Balance will remain available for eligible Holiday Package usage, subject to its applicable conditions and expiry.

7. No Withdrawal, Encashment or Conversion

Promotional Balance cannot be withdrawn, encashed or converted into Actual Wallet Balance by the customer.

• It cannot be transferred to a bank account.
• It cannot be transferred to UPI, card or another external payment instrument.
• It cannot be converted into cash.
• It cannot be exchanged for a cash equivalent.
• It cannot be transferred to another customer.
• It cannot be used to recharge or increase the Actual Wallet Balance.
• It does not accrue interest.

8. Cancellation, Refund and Rescheduling

Where Promotional Balance is applied to an eligible Holiday Package, the cancellation, refund or rescheduling of that package shall be governed by the applicable Holiday Package terms, booking conditions and supplier policies.

Promotional Balance used as a discount does not become Actual Wallet Balance or cash merely because a booking is cancelled or refunded.

Where RideNow permits restoration of unused or eligible Promotional Balance following a cancellation, such restoration may be subject to the original promotional validity and other applicable conditions.

9. Validity and Expiry

Promotional Balance may carry a validity or expiry period determined by the applicable promotional programme.

Where a specific promotional offer states an expiry date, that expiry date shall apply to the relevant Promotional Balance.

Upon expiry, the applicable Promotional Balance may be removed or marked as expired and shall not automatically become Actual Wallet Balance or cash.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the promotional balance information and using eligible Promotional Balance before its applicable expiry.

10. Misuse, Manipulation and Exploitation

Promotional Balance is intended solely for legitimate use in accordance with the applicable promotional programme and these terms.

Any attempt to misuse, manipulate, exploit, fraudulently obtain or circumvent the Promotional Balance system may result in action against the Promotional Balance and, where appropriate, the associated account or transaction.

Examples of prohibited or abusive conduct include

• Creating or operating multiple accounts to obtain additional promotional benefits.
• Attempting to bypass the 25% Promotional Balance usage restriction.
• Attempting to bypass or circumvent the mandatory 30-day advance requirement.
• Manipulating package prices, bookings, cancellations or transactions to obtain an unauthorized promotional benefit.
• Attempting to convert Promotional Balance into Actual Wallet Balance or cash.
• Attempting to transfer Promotional Balance or promotional benefits to another account.
• Exploiting bugs, technical errors, system defects or unintended system behaviour.
• Using fraudulent, misleading or unauthorized information to obtain Promotional Balance.
• Attempting to combine promotions in a manner not permitted by the applicable promotional offer.
• Any other conduct that RideNow reasonably considers to be misuse, manipulation or exploitation of the promotional programme.

11. RideNow's Right to Restrict, Deny or Withdraw Promotional Balance

RideNow and Noivo Tech Pvt. Ltd. reserve the right, subject to applicable law and the applicable promotional terms, to take appropriate action where Promotional Balance or a promotional programme is found to have been misused, manipulated, exploited, fraudulently obtained or otherwise abused.

Such action may include, without limitation:

• Restricting the use of Promotional Balance.
• Denying the application of Promotional Balance to a transaction.
• Suspending Promotional Balance temporarily or permanently.
• Reducing or adjusting an incorrectly credited Promotional Balance amount.
• Reversing Promotional Balance issued due to error, abuse or unauthorized activity.
• Withdrawing or cancelling Promotional Balance.
• Cancelling or reversing promotional benefits obtained through misuse or manipulation.
• Restricting eligibility for future promotional offers.
• Taking action against accounts or transactions associated with suspected abuse, subject to applicable law and relevant terms.

These rights are intended to protect the integrity of RideNow's promotional programmes and prevent unfair or unauthorized benefits.

12. Technical Errors and Incorrect Credits

Promotional Balance may occasionally be affected by technical errors, system failures, duplicate transactions, incorrect calculations or other unintended circumstances.

Where Promotional Balance is incorrectly credited due to a technical or operational error, RideNow may correct, reverse or adjust the incorrect amount, subject to applicable law.

13. No Guaranteed Future Promotional Benefit

Receiving Promotional Balance under one promotional programme does not guarantee that the customer will receive the same or any Promotional Balance under future programmes.

Promotional campaigns may have separate eligibility, validity, benefit and usage conditions.

14. Account Closure, Suspension or Ineligibility

Promotional Balance may become unavailable if the customer's account is closed, suspended, blocked or otherwise becomes ineligible under the applicable RideNow terms or promotional conditions, subject to applicable law.

Promotional Balance does not create an independent right to maintain an account or continue receiving promotional benefits.

15. Promotional Balance Records

RideNow may maintain records relating to the issuance, utilization, expiry, reversal, cancellation and adjustment of Promotional Balance for operational, accounting, compliance, customer-support, audit and dispute-resolution purposes.

Promotional Balance transactions may appear separately from Actual Wallet Balance transactions in the customer's wallet statement or transaction history.

16. Holiday Package Terms Still Apply

Promotional Balance usage does not override the applicable terms of the selected Holiday Package.

Package availability, pricing, inclusions, exclusions, cancellation charges, amendment charges, supplier conditions, taxes, government charges and refund rules remain subject to the applicable Holiday Package and supplier terms.

Promotional Balance is only a permitted payment discount mechanism and does not alter the underlying service conditions.

Eligibility under this Promotional Balance Policy, including the minimum 30-day advance requirement, does not guarantee package availability or a fixed package price.

17. Policy Changes

RideNow may update this Promotional Balance Policy from time to time to reflect changes in promotional programmes, products, services, operational requirements, security measures or applicable legal requirements.

Changes will generally apply prospectively unless otherwise required by applicable law or specifically stated in the relevant promotional programme.

The policy version applicable to a Promotional Balance transaction may be recorded against the relevant promotional credit or transaction.

Important Summary

• Promotional Balance can be used only when the Holiday Package travel start date is at least 30 days in advance from the date of payment.
• Maximum Promotional Balance usage is 25% of the eligible Holiday Package value.
• Promotional Balance cannot be used for standalone flights, buses, cabs, hotels, visa services or other non-eligible services.
• Actual Wallet Balance remains the applicable wallet balance for other eligible RideNow services.
• Promotional Balance cannot be withdrawn or encashed.
• Promotional Balance cannot be converted into Actual Wallet Balance.
• Promotional Balance cannot be transferred to another customer or account.
• Promotional Balance remains subject to applicable validity and expiry conditions.
• A Promotional Balance amount being available in a customer's wallet does not override the mandatory 30-day advance eligibility requirement.
• RideNow / Noivo Tech Pvt. Ltd. may restrict, deny, suspend, reduce, reverse, cancel or withdraw Promotional Balance in cases of misuse, manipulation, exploitation, fraud, technical error or violation of applicable promotional conditions, subject to applicable law.
